Environmentally Friendly Slurry Management & Organic Fertilisers
The production of fully fermented organic fertilizers using farm manure slurry requires a minimum of 90 to 180 days, acres of land and a considerable storage space. Manure collection, storage and land spreading is a messy odorous process which has the potential to cause a public nuisance due to smell and the attraction of flies. Great care is also required by the farmer to ensure they do not pollute a watercourse when spreading wet slurry.
BIOHUMUS REACTORS are a radical innovation that solves many of the issues associated with slurry management and the use of agricultural slurry as a fertiliser. A BIOHUMUS reactor can processes between 16-60 tonnes of manure in one day converting this slurry into 7-30 tonnes of BIOHUMUS organic fertiliser.
Animal wastes that generate harmful carbon emissions are converted into organic fertilisers containing natural organic carbon. This allows for the Farm estate to be self sufficient in producing its own organic fertiliser with no chemical additives or processes for environmentally spreading across the estate. In-addition the wet slurry produced by its herds is managed & processed both efficiently & quickly overcoming many of the issues that are encountered on a daily basis saving time and money.
